If you want metallic epoxy flooring in Orange County, you're commissioning what is effectively a permanent art installation. Pearlescent metallic pigments are suspended in a high-clarity epoxy and manipulated by hand to create three-dimensional swirls, lava, marble, and cloud effects. No two floors are ever the same.
We bring physical sample tiles. You pick base color + pigment combinations + effect (cloud, swirl, lava).
Diamond grind, repair, ultra-clean - metallic shows every imperfection.
100% solids epoxy at 12–16 mils, tinted to your base color.
Wet base seeded with metallic pigments, then manipulated by hand using brooms, sprayers, and air. This is the artistic step.
24-hour cure, then a light sand to flatten the surface.
Two clear polyaspartic top coats for depth, scratch resistance, and UV stability.

OC's high-end residential market - Newport Coast, Crystal Cove, Coto de Caza - is where metallic epoxy makes the most sense. We've installed metallic floors in collector garages, designer showrooms in Costa Mesa, and several Laguna Beach restaurants. The chemistry needs an interior, climate-controlled space; we don't recommend metallic outdoors.

Metallic pigments react with the wet resin in real time. Even with the same recipe, two floors poured side-by-side would look different. That's the appeal - it's not a printed pattern.
With two polyaspartic top coats, a metallic floor is just as durable as a flake floor. The decorative layer is sealed under 12+ mils of clear topcoat.
We can match a base color and effect (cloud, marble, lava) and reference photos, but we can't reproduce a specific floor exactly because of the chemistry's behavior. We'll get close, but expect variance.
